The Key Clubcard – Terms and Conditions

 

1. General Overview
The Key Clubcard is a promotional discount card offered by The Key Club. It provides holders with discounted club entry and access to selected drink offers during specified events, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Purchase and Cost
The Key Clubcard is available for purchase directly from The Key Club at a one-time fee of £5.00. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

 

3. ​Eligibility and Use

• The Key Clubcard is valid only for the individual to whom it is issued.

• The Key Clubcard must be presented at the time of purchase to receive any applicable discount.

• The Key Club reserves the right to refuse discounts if the Clubcard is not presented, or otherwise if there are any concerns about service.

4. Offer Validity

• The Card entitles the holder to discounts on club entry and selected drinks only.

• These discounts are available exclusively during midweek club nights (as determined by The Key Club).

• Offers may vary and are subject to availability.

• The Key Club reserves the right to change or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Limitations

• The Key Clubcard cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless stated otherwise.

• Drink discounts apply only to specifically designated products and do not extend to all items.

• Entry discounts apply only to specifically designated club nights and do not extend to all events

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• The Card is the responsibility of the holder.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged Clubcards will not be replaced free of charge.

• A new Clubcard must be purchased at the standard price (£5.00) to continue receiving benefits.

 

7. Misuse

• Any misuse, duplication, or attempted fraud involving The Key Clubcard may result in confiscation and cancellation without refund.

• The Key Club reserves the right to refuse service or revoke The Key Clubcard privileges at its discretion.

 

8. Amendments
The Key Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available upon request or displayed on The Key Club website.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using The Key Clubcard, the holder agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
